[00:00:34] The kind your entire being feels.
[00:00:40] This yes is what opens the pathway for abundance, love, clarity and opportunity to reach you.
[00:00:53] This ritual gently guides your body into that place of real, grounded receiving.

[00:01:09] Let your breath soften.
[00:01:14] Let the edges of your awareness widen and relax.
[00:01:22] This is your sacred space.
[00:01:26] This is where change begins.
[00:01:32] Place one hand on your heart and the other on your lower belly.
[00:01:43] Feel the warmth of your palms.
[00:01:49] And the gentle rise and fall of your breath.
[00:02:01] Inhale slowly.
[00:02:08] Exhale gently.
[00:02:14] Let your body know you are here with it.
[00:02:20] You are listening.
[00:02:23] You are safe.
[00:02:29] Your nervous system is always scanning for one thing.
[00:02:35] Am I safe?
[00:02:38] Not safe in a logical sense, but emotionally, energetically, somatically safe.
[00:02:51] When your body feels safe, it opens.
[00:02:56] When it doesn't, it protects, restricts and contracts.
[00:03:04] Today, we help it open.
[00:03:12] Take a slow inhale through your nose for four seconds.
[00:03:21] Hold for two.
[00:03:26] Exhale out the mouth for six.
[00:03:36] And again. Inhaling for four.
[00:03:44] Holding for two.
[00:03:49] Exhaling for six.
[00:03:58] Feel the weight in your shoulders melting.
[00:04:04] Feel the breath warming your chest.
[00:04:11] Feel your mind softening its grip.
[00:04:19] Let your entire body know it's okay to relax now.
[00:04:36] Now bring your awareness to your heart.
[00:04:41] Sense it as a soft, glowing energy.
[00:04:59] Now bring your awareness to your belly.
[00:05:04] Sense it as your grounding center.
[00:05:18] And now imagine you're asking your body a gentle question.
[00:05:26] What does a true yes feel like for me?
[00:05:33] Take a breath.
[00:05:37] Wait and feel.
[00:05:59] Maybe it feels like warmth in your chest.
[00:06:04] Maybe a soft pull forward.
[00:06:09] Maybe relief or expansion.
[00:06:19] Maybe tears or just stillness.
[00:06:30] Let it arise naturally.
[00:06:40] No forcing, no guessing.
[00:06:50] Let your nervous system show you its language.
[00:07:03] And now whisper quietly.
[00:07:07] Body, show me how you say yes and then listen.
[00:07:26] Let the yes come through as sensation, emotion or quiet inner knowing.
[00:07:39] This is your embodied compass, your inner safety signal.
[00:07:56] Now think of something you desire.
[00:08:00] Something gentle enough to hold in this space.
[00:08:06] A small shift, a small manifestation, a supportive change.
[00:08:19] And as you hold this desire in your awareness, ask, can my body say yes to this?
[00:08:33] Breathe and notice.
[00:08:43] Does your body soften?
[00:08:48] Does your chest expand?
[00:08:53] Does something melt or release?
[00:08:59] Does your breath deepen?
[00:09:07] If you feel any contraction, tension or doubt, don't fight it.
[00:09:14] Just whisper. It's okay.
[00:09:18] We'll go slow.
[00:09:20] Safety first.
[00:09:23] Then breathe again.
[00:09:31] Let your body try once more.
[00:09:40] And when the tiniest yes comes, even the smallest hint of opening.
[00:09:47] Let that be enough.
[00:09:57] This yes is your bridge, your opening, your alignment.
[00:10:14] Now place a hand over your heart.
[00:10:20] Breathe into that space beneath your palm.
[00:10:27] And repeat softly.
[00:10:31] I welcome the yes in my body.
[00:10:36] I don't rush it.
[00:10:40] I don't force it.
[00:10:42] I receive it.
[00:10:47] And feel your belly grounding you and your heart guiding you.
[00:10:55] Feel your nervous system settling into safety.
[00:11:00] This is the moment abundance finds you, when your whole being agrees with what you your calling in.
[00:11:17] And before we close, whisper thank you body.
[00:11:24] Thank you for learning to feel safe again.
[00:11:30] Take a final gentle inhale.
[00:11:37] And exhale slowly.
[00:11:44] And when you're ready, open your eyes.
[00:11:50] You are aligned.
[00:11:53] You are opening.
[00:11:55] You are learning the sacred habit of receiving not with force, but with embodied truth.
